An interesting group of plants which resemble small corn plants with large orchid like flowers. Plants arise from fleshy, clustered roots that should be planted 10cm deep in humus-rich soil in full sun to dappled shade.

Fl.Ht. to 55cm.   Z6.  This is thought to be a natural hybrid of R.auriculata X R.cautleoides.   Its yellow flowers are streaked lightly with purple on the laterals and heavily on the lip.
